Young@Heart Club

As a church we believe that it blesses the heart of God to see His people meet in fellowship and friendship together. The Young at Heart Lunch Club provides an opportunity for this to happen amongst the more senior people of our congregation.

We meet every couple of months or so in a local hotel to enjoy a lovely two course lunch, and more importantly to enjoy one another’s company in an informal setting. We will have a short time of worship and then have an invited speaker to share something about their lives and their story.

We have the lunch club in the Caladh Inn in Stornoway and we charge £5 for the lunch which is a subsidised price, the difference being paid by the church to bless our senior folk.

Every time we meet there is always an excellent time had by all. We would love to have you join us. If you want to come, or if you’d like more information, please speak to any of the elders or the minister. The next Young at Heart lunch will be on Tuesday 11th December from 12 noon-2pm.
